Retreat fee paid to Five Senses Retreats + Lodging paid separately to Haltia Lake Lodge:

Partial Participation:

We recommend full attendance for the best experience. However, if you can join us for only a portion of the retreat, contact us for partial-participation rates.

How to Book & Pay: Once you have registered, we will send you a confirmation with payment information. The prices above reflect the total retreat cost, including accommodation at Haltia Lake Lodge.

The Breakdown: To be clear, the total prices listed above are shown for your convenience and represent the retreat participation Fee (€667) plus the negotiated preferred rate at Haltia Lake Lodge. Because these are separate entities, you will pay for them separately:

The Retreat Fee (€667): Payable to Five Senses Retreats.
The Accommodation: Paid directly to Haltia Lake Lodge using a preferred retreat rate code you will receive upon registration.

If you choose to stay elsewhere, your total fee will vary based on the lodging you choose.

Payment Terms:

One-third of the total retreat participation fee is due within 7 days of receiving our payment instructions to secure your spot.
Two-thirds of the retreat participation fee is due 45 days before the start of the retreat.
Full payment of the retreat participation fee is due 31 days before the start of the retreat.
Your registration is confirmed once the full retreat participation fee is received.
You may choose to pay the full retreat participation fee upfront if you wish.
